Image
Today I will be explaining how to evenly distribute columns. When creating tables, dimensions matter and you can adjust the distribution of columns with one click of an option on the ribbon. 1.      Put cursor inside the target table.     2.      Click on the plus sign on the upper left corner of the table to select it.     3.      Next click “Layout” under “Table Tools”.     4.      In “Cell Size” group, click “Distribute Rows” to set row height equally. And then click “Distribute Columns” to set column width evenly.

How to Change Cases in Microsoft Word Today I will be demonstrating how to prevent Microsoft Word from capitalizing the first letter of every sentence automatically. Using proper capitalization is necessary to be professional in business and school settings. It would be time consuming to continuously have to remember to hit shift at the beginning of every sentence. Microsoft Word wants to eliminate the hassle and automatically does the job for us by default. In certain situations, such as a typist signing their reference initials, it may be a nuisance. Although you can  turn off the AutoCorrect option to automatically capitalize the first letter of every sentence, there is another option. 1.Select the text which you’d like to change the case. 2. Go to home>change case. 3. Click “lowercase” to exclude capital letters from your text.

Clicking on all boarders before clicking on no boarders will ensure that the whole table’s boarder is erased!   You can now select the option to add boarders back by selecting bottom, top, inside, outside...
